*yawn*... tiring day... hahha.. rapped wif ASk till quite late.. or rather quite early... 1 plus am... haha.. i din realise was so late lah.. havent bathe, then ot training in dunno how many hrs time... bleah... yap... woke up ay 630am... wahhaha... n i wasnt late!! i was the 1st 2 reach i think... yah!! i was the 1st 2 reach! yeah! scare mi... thought no training... bleah... cuz i went toilet n came back still nobody... plus today is publis holiday.. eeyer... end u only like 5 came? aha... mi, eileen, jiayi, kasster n LYDIA!!! was damn happy to see her!! haha... but of cuz pang pang got training too... yap... but nvm, i was still damn happy 2 see her this mroning...
yeah... daryl damn best, din tell us he not going for training... went overseas liao... suying not feeling well... no deryl teo... sianz... aha.... got chalet...cher hern oso... then gloria overslept... so suppose 2 haf lots... but somehow dunno for wat reasons only left 5... include 1 touch rug n 1 squash... pathetic...
yeah... nvm, we still train!! david came... haha... getting more n more skinny... aha... or rather today got lots of alumni came down 2 play bball... so well, david became our coach of the day... we did circuit... paramesh circuit... nearly killed all of us... still damn scare tomolo i will die... ya... lunges, step up n high knee lift consecutive!!! the high knee lift can kill us... then david so evil!! the evil smile... haha... of cuz still got other exercises... but really grateful tt he came down for training... aha.. n be out coach of the day... so i no need 2 give workut or look for zhang lao shi...
